Nursery enrollment
Online enrollment and the nursery waiting list
No more incomplete paper files in September. Families enroll from their phone, and the request lands in your waiting list with the documents.
Updated
An enrollment link in your name
- Each nursery gets a private link to share on WhatsApp, Instagram or by email
- Parents fill in the child’s and their own details
- They attach the documents you ask for (PDF or photos)
- They sign your rules by typing their name
- The link can be turned off or replaced at any time
The waiting list
Each request lands in the waiting list, with the documents and the signed text. The director is notified by email. When a place opens, the child is enrolled in one click, without typing everything again.
Why it helps at the start of the school year
- Files arrive complete
- No family is forgotten on a scrap of paper
- The director sees at a glance how many requests are waiting
