Child check-in and the nursery attendance register
Each child’s arrival and departure, checked in one tap from the team app. Parents get a notification, the director sees who is in at any moment, and the attendance register keeps itself.

Check in an arrival, a departure, an absence
- At the door, the educator taps “Arrival”: the time and her name are saved
- At pick-up, the person collecting the child is recorded, from those the family authorized
- An absent child is marked absent, and the parents are told
- Every status is clear: not yet arrived, arrived, late, left, absent or excused
What parents see
A notification “Yasmine has arrived” at 8:12, then “Yasmine went home, with her aunt” at 17:40. No more calling the nursery to check the child arrived.
The director’s attendance register
- The whole nursery or one class, day by day
- Counters: present, not yet arrived, left, absent
- The history of every past day
- Export the register as CSV (spreadsheet) or printable PDF
Verified pick-ups
The family lists who may collect the child: mother, father, an aunt, a driver. Their ID is saved on the child’s file. At pick-up, the team knows straight away whether the person is authorized.
Frequently asked questions
Do we need a kiosk or badges to check in?
No. The team checks in from their phone or the class tablet, with no extra hardware.
Can we print the attendance register?
Yes. The director exports the day as PDF or CSV, for the whole nursery or one class.
