The director works on the web dashboard: children, classes, families, team, invoices and enrollment.
The team uses the app on a phone or a tablet shared per class. Logging a meal for the whole class takes seconds, without taking their eyes off the children.
Parents receive the day on their phone, in their language: French, Arabic, English or Spanish. The app is free for them.

Free tools usually cover one task, like a spreadsheet or a messaging group. Hi Kiddo is paid for by the nursery but free for parents, and the 14-day trial is complete.
My educators aren’t comfortable with technology. Is that a problem?
The team app comes down to a few buttons: check in, log a meal or a nap, take a photo. Illustrated guides and videos are available in French and Arabic.
Is the children’s data protected?
Each parent sees only their child, each nursery sees only its own data, and everything travels over HTTPS. A deactivated account is signed out immediately.
