Costs on top of the monthly fee

  • Registration fee, paid once, often in September: from 500 DH to several thousand dirhams
  • The child’s yearly insurance
  • Meals, if not included: often 200 to 500 DH a month
  • Transport: often 300 to 800 DH a month
  • Nappies, supplies, outings and the end-of-year party
  • Extra hours in the evening or on Saturday

What makes the price vary

  • The child’s age: babies need more care, so they cost more
  • The number of children per educator
  • Languages and the educational programme
  • Opening hours (full day, half day)
  • Included services: meals, photos and following the day on an app

Questions to ask before signing

  • Is the registration fee refundable?
  • Do we pay during holidays and closures?
  • Is there a discount for a second child?
  • How will I know about my child’s day? Will I get photos?
