Updated
You can delete your Hi Kiddo account at any time.
In the app
- Open the Hi Kiddo app and sign in.
- Go to Profile, then tap Delete my account.
- Enter your password to confirm.
The deletion is immediate and permanent.
Without the app
Fill in the form below with your account’s email address. We check that it is really you, then delete the account and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- Your name, email, phone and profile photo;
- your password and every session, on all your devices;
- your access to children and classes.
What is kept
What the nursery needs for its business stays with the nursery, without your name: invoices (10-year accounting obligation), reports and messages already sent. Your child’s file belongs to the nursery; to have it deleted, contact the nursery.
